Information submitted through these forms is used only to respond to your inquiry — for example, to follow up about buying or selling a home, or to provide a valuation estimate. We don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, which relays your submission to our email inbox. Formspree handles the technical delivery of your message and maintains its own privacy and security practices; we don't use it to track visitors or for any purpose beyond delivering the forms on this site.
Cookies & Analytics
This site does not currently use cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising trackers. If that changes — for example, once home search is connected to a live MLS feed — this policy will be updated to describe what's added and why.
Third-Party Listing Data
Home search on this site is not yet connected to a live MLS feed. Once it is, listing information will come from our local MLS and/or its data providers, who maintain their own privacy and data-use practices separate from this policy.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
