Greg Carter
Rocky Mountain Real Estate is privately owned and managed by Greg
Carter. Greg has approximately 25 years experience in virtually all
areas of real estate.
After seven years with the United States Air Force, Greg built
custom Homes for a number of years in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Greg's interests lead him to property development where he managed a
regional company with offices in five southwestern states. His
combined land experience equates to over 20,000 acres with a total
value in excess of $500,000,000.
This includes the development of approximately 7,500 single-family
lots. "After 25 years in the real estate brokerage and development
business across the southwestern United States, I chose Montana's
Flathead Valley as an ideal place for my family.
It's proven to be on one of the country's most dynamic areas with
great growth potential over the next 10 years. With the degree of
national interest in the area, I elected to have Rocky Mountain Real
Estate specialize in buyer representation." Greg has almost 1,000
hours of flying time and is a licensed instructor. Living in Montana
provides him ample opportunities to enjoy his two passions: Golf and
fly-fishing. He loves to take his clients on enjoyable outings to do
both.

Trini
Carreon
Trini grew up in Southern California where he graduated from Cal
State Long Beach. He has four children and two grandchildren.
In 2001, though life was pretty good, he recalls getting off the
plane at Glacier International Airport. Seeing Glacier, Whitefish
Mountain Resort , and the surrounding mountains in the distance, he
said to his wife, "Do we have to leave?" Living here simply put, is
a dream come true, filled with opportunity and people who love life
and enjoy living.
Trinis goals in coming here were to start a business, build a home,
and establish himself in real estate in the Valley. What he did not
know was that he would be doing all of this in ten months. Because
of this, Trini knows what it means to relocate. He prides himself on
being a great listener and identifying his clients' needs. He
absolutely enjoys finding people their dream house, investment
property or acreage. His success in the Valley can only serve to
make your real estate buying experience fun and enjoyable.
When not in the office or showing property, you will find him at The
Backdoor General Store in Downtown Whitefish. It is a great little
old fashioned Gift and Quilt shop he and his wife own. So wherever
he happens to be, he welcomes the opportunity to meet you and to
review any of your real estate needs.

Marilyn Munroe
Mason
Marilyn's spirit for adventure brought her to Montana in 1986.
She has been a part of the real estate community in Whitefish
for over 20 years. Through the years she has seen several
changes in the local real estate market, which now gives her the
experience and knowledge that buyers and sellers will find
valuable.
Before moving to Whitefish she worked in marketing and sales for
the wine industry in the Napa Valley. Today, she still has a
passion for fine wines, great food, cooking and gardening.
She is an avid skier on the Big Mountain in the winter, and
her summer months are spent playing golf at Whitefish Lake Golf
Course and hiking the wilderness trails of our scenic mountain
surroundings.

grandmother to her grandson, Mason. She and her husband, Brian,
are both dual citizens within the United States and Canada, and

Brian Murphy
My family has lived and worked in Arizona for four generations.
As a young man, I competed in Professional Rodeo, earning
Rookie of the Year, and continue to pursue the sport for
pleasure.
I worked with my father in the family business as a funeral
director. Helping individuals and families through the most
difficult times in their lives gave me great satisfaction and
taught me great respect for the industry.
After 20 years of funeral service and acquisitions, my wife and
I and our six children moved to Whitefish, Montana, working
together to build an America Quarter Horse breeding and boarding
operation. We fell in love with the lifestyle of Montana –
the friendly people, hunting, fishing, and everything Montana
has to offer.
Having been involved in several different opportunities in my
life including ranching, farming and acquisition, real estate
emerged as the perfect venue for me to assist a family in
fulfilling their Montana dream. Sharing this beautiful country
and way of life has become my passion and calling. Whether it is
a buyer’s first home in Whitefish or a ranch under the Rockies,
my commitment is deep. Give me the opportunity to help you
find your dream. |
